Aaditya Patel has Bachelor's Degree in Biology  & History from Austin College in Sherman, Texas & Masters Degree in Medical Sciences from Mississippi College in Clinton, Mississippi. Aaditya is Licensed Real Estate Sales Professional in State of Texas. He is currently working on  Land Entitlements for a Two Hotel projects in Fort Worth, Texas.

Bharat’s professional & business carrier spans over 30 years in the fields of Law, Hospitality Real Estate Advisory Services, Hotel Development Services .

Bharat has a bachelor’s degree in Science, Bachelor’s Degree in Law (General) and Post Graduate Degree in Law (Special) from VNSG University, Gujarat, India and admitted To Bar to practice Law in Gujarat, India. Bharat is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and Licensed General Lines Insurance Agent in State of Texas.

In last 25 years, He has successfully negotiated numerous Hospitality Brokerage transactions of full, limited and select service Hotels. As a developer, He has developed many Select & Limited Service and several Extended Stay Hotels on turn key basis throughout United States.

Rajshree Patel is driving force and Team Leader at BSG Hotels Development Advisory Services. 

She provides Strategic Guidance and handle liaison for Company.

Rajshree Patel ( DHMS, CCH , RSHom )  is trained Classical Homeopath. In her spare time, She enjoys guiding  friends and families around her to seek wellness of body and mind.

Sanjiv Patel has 25 years of experience in hospitality ranging from hotel development, management, sales, marketing and revenue management. 

Sanjiv has Bachelor  Degree Accounting and Software. He is well positioned to structure partnership for hotel investments.

He has been responsible for the management of several limited and full service hotels in his 25 year long Hospitality career. 

 Prior to focusing on hotel investment and Management Sanjiv also had worked as an accountant with a large international food purveyor.
